We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Web Team and shape the future of TaxDome’s experience. This role blends product thinking, user empathy, and visual craft to design intuitive, consistent, and delightful mobile solutions that empower our clients to work smarter on the go.

As part of our team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end design — from research and ideation to polished interfaces — ensuring every detail aligns with our vision and improves the daily workflows of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end experiences across web and mobile platforms - from concept and user flows to polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and QA to define problems, prioritize solutions, and deliver impactful results.
• Translate business goals and user insights into intuitive and scalable design solutions that enhance usability and increase adoption.
• Work within and evolve the design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all products in the TaxDome ecosystem.
• Conduct and apply user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product experience.
• Create prototypes and motion interactions that communicate design intent clearly to stakeholders and developers.
• Maintain a high level of design quality by participating in design reviews, providing feedback, and iterating based on user and team input.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand alignment and consistent communication across the user journey.
• Contribute to a culture of design excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the design team.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills

• Over 5 years of experience focused on Product Design
• Proven experience in designing modern, user-friendly websites and web interfaces
• Proficiency with modern design tools and design systems
• Ability to balance an engineering approach with aesthetic quality
• Skills in rapid visualization of ideas
