🎯 What You’ll Do

• Manage guided onboarding for new clients.
• Educate customers on core product features and how to tailor them to their workflows.
• Identify roadblocks and support clients through setup and adoption.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success Account Manager after onboarding.
• Track client progress and keep internal tools and CRMs updated.
• Share feedback and ideas to improve onboarding materials and processes.
