A Customer Care Representative at TaxDome plays a key role in delivering a high-quality support experience to our customers. You will be one of the main points of contact for users, helping them resolve issues, navigate the platform, and get the most value out of TaxDome.
You’ll support customers through email, chat, calls, and web conferences, using documentation, internal resources, and collaboration with other teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and ensuring customers feel supported and heard.
